Refund policy
Unfortunately, due to sanitation reasons, we cannot accept returns.
Damages and Issues:
Please examine your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 business days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address the issue promptly, notify us via email (liftjuju@gmail.com) if you need us to replace an eligible item. Photos of damaged items will be required.
Refunds:
Refunds or exchanges are not permitted for our products unless we have shipped the wrong item & we are notified within 3 business days via email liftjuju@gmail.com, include photos of items received in order to
replace with accurate products.
Shipped / Insured:
Once the item has left our warehouse, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items caused by the shipping carrier. Once scanned by the shipping company, we cannot be held responsible for any items. You have the option to insure packages & should consider this when ordering.
